The mission of Darwin Animal Doctors is to provide a professional and comprehensive veterinary clinic for the animals of the Galapagos Islands, and to preserve the archipelago’s extraordinary biodiversity by humanely limiting the populations of domestic animals.
PAE is an institution that aims to raise awareness of each organization and human beings to their environment, creating a culture of care and concern for those living things that share the planet with us, in order to achieve a harmonious coexistence.
Indie Printing is a downtown Los Angeles printing company which was formed in 2003. Every quarter Indie Printing chooses a non-profit cause to adopt in hopes to assist in fundraising efforts and overall branding. Indie Printing offers the chosen group free and/or discounted printed materials, creative and consulting services for an entire year. This quarter they have chosen Galapagos Preservation Society as their next cause!
Sarah Darling is a British artist living in the Galapagos Islands and a tireless advocate for animals there. She generously opens her home not only to needy animals but also GPS and DAD volunteers!
Our friends Rex and Rebecca own Button Makers, a one-stop shop for all you button making needs! Rex and Rebecca made GPS a huge batch of promotional buttons and magnets, which we are so grateful for!
Imagine a place where hundreds of iguanas lay on rocks in the sun, sea lions slumber on the beach, birds nest on the ground and giant tortoises bathe in muddy pools. In the Galapagos Islands, this is not a stretch of the imagination, however, all of these animals are threatened by the thousands of street dogs and cats living in Galapagos.
