Job Responsibility
The graduate engineers start in different departments; however, the core elements of the program are the same. You'll receive hands-on, real-world work experience that will help prepare you for the next step in your career. You'll become an integral part of our team and be expected to deliver results that will make an impact. Here, you'll make meaningful connections with industry leaders, learn a lot about the industry and develop the cutting-edge skills you need to become a leader of tomorrow.
Halliburton focuses on developing, among other things, these qualities in our engineers: the ability to plan and organize, communication, personal initiative, collaboration and networking.
The Graduate Engineer Program will start summer/autumn 2024.

Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree within the field of engineering, such as Energy and Environmental, Petroleum, Structural and Mechanical, Computer Science, Geology, Geoscience, Chemistry, Process, Machine, Materials Technology or Industrial Economy.
You have strong English written and verbal communications skills, Norwegian is an advantage.
