The Production Lead is responsible for leading a team of workers to meet production goals and standards safely.

Job Responsibility
- Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.
- Ensure workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.
- Resolve production issues and escalate those that require management attention.
- Educate employees on quality and safety standards and procedures.
- Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.
